1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Abusediesi Transport Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Abusediesi Transport Services provides professional transport solutions including:

  • Freight and logistics services
  • Passenger transport and group travel
  • Express delivery services
  • Corporate transport solutions
  • Emergency transport services

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made through authorized channels
  • Confirmation is required before services are guaranteed
  • Special requirements must be communicated at time of booking
  • Valid contact information must be provided

3.2 Booking Modifications

  • Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Modification fees may apply based on service type
  • Subject to vehicle and driver availability

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank transfers for corporate accounts
  • Corporate credit accounts (subject to approval)
  • Cash payments for certain services

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Individual bookings: Payment due at time of booking or service completion
  • Corporate accounts: Net 30 days from invoice date
  • Advance payment may be required for high-value services

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% charge
  • Less than 12 hours: 100% charge
  • No-show: 100% charge plus potential additional fees

5.2 Service Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel services due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Road closures or traffic restrictions
  • Vehicle breakdown or mechanical issues
  • Driver illness or unavailability
  • Safety concerns

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Our Liability

  • Comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles
  • Public liability insurance up to £5 million
  • Goods in transit insurance for freight services
  • Professional indemnity insurance

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damages only (no consequential damages)
  • Maximum of service value or £10,000, whichever is lower
  • Does not cover personal items unless specifically insured
  • Excludes delays caused by traffic or circumstances beyond our control

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 General Obligations

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
  • Be available at scheduled times
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Report any issues immediately

7.2 Freight Services

  • Properly package and label all items
  • Declare hazardous or restricted materials
  • Provide accurate weight and dimension information
  • Ensure items are legally transportable

8. Prohibited Items and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Weapons or explosives
  • Hazardous materials without proper declaration
  • Smoking in vehicles
  • Consumption of alcohol (unless authorized)
  • Disruptive or threatening behavior
  • Damage to vehicles or equipment

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters and extreme weather
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Labor disputes or strikes
  • Terrorist attacks or civil unrest
  • Pandemics or health emergencies

10. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Process

  • Report issues within 48 hours of service
  • Contact our customer service team first
  • Provide detailed information and evidence
  • We aim to resolve complaints within 7 business days

11.2 Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
